Walk and Connect is your space for calm, confidence-building experiences outdoors - for both dogs and their humans. Whether you're here to gently socialise your dog, meet like-minded people, or take a breather from daily pressures, these sessions are designed to help you connect: to your dog, to others, and to yourself. We offer two types of supportive group experiences:
Social Walks: Structured group walks designed to improve calmness, focus, and confidence.
Chill & Chat: A slower-paced, settle-focused session with space to breathe, observe, and reflect.

Social Walks are more than just stretching your dog’s legs, they’re a chance to connect with like-minded owners, improve handling skills, and give your dog valuable real-world experiences in a safe, supportive environment.
- Learning how to walk calmly alongside other dogs
- Practising focus even with distractions Building confidence in new environments
- Enjoying structured movement as part of a group
Every walk is structured to give both dogs and humans the space to relax and grow at their own pace. Unless stated otherwise, all walks are on-lead to ensure everyone feels safe and supported. Once your dog has completed an on-lead assessment, you may be invited to training walks that prepare for off-lead adventures.
Expert guidance
I’ll be leading each walk, offering advice and answering questions as we go. Some walks include light training themes, while others are simply a chance to enjoy steady movement together. Whichever it is, you’ll leave with practical tips and more confidence in handling your dog.
Community connection
Every participant becomes part of a friendly network of like-minded owners. You’ll be added to our WhatsApp group, where we share updates, encouragement, and training tips between sessions. It’s a place to connect, learn, and feel supported outside the walks themselves.
Unique experiences
Our routes take in some of Wales’ most scenic coastline and dog-friendly locations. Alongside the regular walks, you’ll also have the chance to join special outings such as longer adventures, dog-friendly café visits, and our monthly online Q&A sessions.
Chill & Chat sessions take place in my private field and blend gentle socialisation, observational learning, and calm connection. They’re ideal for dogs working on settling near others, and for humans who want to slow down and breathe without the pressure of constant movement or obedience.
Each session begins with a short, on-lead wander to explore and decompress. From there, we settle into a theme, such as recall, scent work, or loose lead walking, but the main focus is always on calmness within a group.
Life with dogs moves in seasons, and Chill & Chat reflects that. Some sessions are about patience and rest, others about energy and play. Whatever season you and your dog are in, these sessions give you space to learn, reset, and enjoy good company.
- Supporting dogs to settle without pressure
- Giving humans time to unwind, observe, and share
- Encouraging calm presence over constant doing
- A safe space to talk openly and feel part of a like-minded group
- Gentle, practical training you can use every day
This is where training, connection, and community come together, with no rush, no pressure, just room to grow in your own way.
Each session has a gentle training theme woven in, always kept simple, practical, and tailored to the group.
Themes change with the season, giving variety while keeping calmness at the centre.
Examples include:
- Recall refreshers
- Loose lead walking
- Scent work basics
- Calm play and focus games
Themes are there to give you fresh tools and perspectives, but the heart of every session stays the same: space, calm, and connection for both ends of the lead.

Social Walks
Pace: Steady, structured movement in a group
Focus: Building focus, calmness, and confidence around everyday distractions

Chill & Chat

Training with the Seasons Life with dogs moves in seasons. Just as the year shifts, so do the needs of our dogs, and us.
Autumn: calm foundations, focus around change, easing back into routines
Winter: connection, confidence indoors, patience in close quarters
Spring: recall refreshers, play with balance, optimism and energy
Summer: settling in busier places, café skills, real-life routines
Our Social Walks and Chill & Chats are shaped by these natural cycles. Wherever you and your dog are, there’s always a season that fits, a chance to practise, learn, and grow together.
"I've been thrilled with Seren's progress on the social walks. Both she and I have grown in confidence and she's calmer and happier on the group walks which has spilled over onto our other walks without the group. She's a happier dog who's enjoying life so much more!"

"The social walks have helped Scooby calm down and walk nicely with other dogs instead of bouncing at all dogs. You have Bobbi's expertise on hand to learn how to deal with situations as they arise. Its great for us to meet other dog walkers that are working on similar goals"
