To ensure that our working relationship starts in the right way, I’d like to provide you with some information so you can clearly understand what this service involves, what is expected of you, and lastly what you can expect from me.
This Agreement (“the Agreement") is made on the date you submit the initial in take form. By submitting the enrollment form, you are accepting and agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set out below.
The Services to be provided by Bobbi-Rae shall include facilitated group walks in public areas and training support. You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to book your place on a walk either by confirming your place in the whatsapp group or by paying via the website.
You accept and understand that where Bobbi-Rae is waiting for you to join a scheduled walk for more than 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, Bobbi-Rae will turn on live location so that you can catch up with the group.
By entering into this Agreement, you are agreeing and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years of age
are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
have (at least) third party insurance for your dog(s)
You agree and understand that your participation in the social walks does not guarantee results or success. As part of the social walks you will have access to information, resources, people and support all designed to benefit you but it is your responsibility to take action and to implement the necessary information received and/or skills or tools shared.
You confirm that all information provided to the Coach, including information which is personal and/or confidential, is true, correct, up to date and complete
You agree that all information that Bobbi-Rae discloses remains their intellectual property and should not be reused for your own students/ clients
In the event you have any concerns as to Bobbi-Rae's delivery of the Services or your participation in the social walks in any way, you agree to notify Bobbi-Rae of such concerns by email as soon as possible. Bobbi-Rae agrees that upon receipt of notification of such concerns that they will use all reasonable efforts to work with you to resolve your concerns.
Should Bobbi-Rae cancel/terminate or reschedule the walks due to events that are beyond their control including but not limited to acts of God, adverse extreme weather conditions, Covid-19, acts of war, illness, personal emergencies they shall be responsible to refund the payments made under this Agreement only IF the walk is not able to be rescheduled. If Bobbi-Rae is able to reschedule the session, no refunds will be given.
You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to attend the walks at the agreed time and you agree to provide Bobbi-Rae with at least 48 hours notice of cancelling your place on a social walk or training session. In the event of a cancellation request made in advance of this time period then in good faith Bobbi-Rae will transfer your payment to a walk within 4 weeks of original date booked. In the event you fail to attend a scheduled walk or fail to provide the required notice, then you shall forfeit the right for a refund or transfer of payment to another date.
