To ensure that our working relationship starts in the right way, I’d like to provide you with some information so you can clearly understand what this service involves, what is expected of you, and lastly what you can expect from me.
This Agreement (“the Agreement") is made on the date you submit the initial in take form. By submitting the form, you are accepting and agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set out below.
The Services to be provided by Bobbi-Rae shall include facilitated group walks in public areas and training support. You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to book your place on a walk either by confirming your place in the whatsapp group or by paying via the website.
In the event that Bobbi-Rae is unable to attend a scheduled walk then Bobbi-Rae will make all reasonable attempts to provide you with as much notice as possible. Walks and training sessions will be cancelled at short notice if there are weather warnings in place or temperatures rise above 21 degrees.
You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to attend the Sessions at the agreed time and you agree to provide Bobbi-Rae with at least 48 hours notice of cancelling your place on a social walk or training session. In the event of a cancellation request made in advance of this time period then in good faith Bobbi-Rae will transfer your payment to a walk within 4 weeks of original date booked. In the event you fail to attend a scheduled walk or fail to provide the required notice, then you shall forfeit the right for a refund or transfer of payment to another date.
You accept and understand that where Bobbi-Rae is waiting for you to join a scheduled walk for more than 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, Bobbi-Rae will turn on live location so that you can catch up with the group.
By entering into this Agreement, you are agreeing and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years of age
are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
have (at least) third party insurance for your dog(s)
You agree and understand that your participation in the social walks does not guarantee results or success. As part of the social walks you will have access to information, resources, people and support all designed to benefit you but it is your responsibility to take action and to implement the necessary information received and/or skills or tools shared.
You confirm that all information provided to the Coach, including information which is personal and/or confidential, is true, correct, up to date and complete
In the event you have any concerns as to Bobbi-Rae's delivery of the Services or your participation in the social walks in any way, you agree to notify Bobbi-Rae of such concerns by email as soon as possible. Bobbi-Rae agrees that upon receipt of notification of such concerns that they will use all reasonable efforts to work with you to resolve your concerns.
The materials appearing on Companies web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Company may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Company of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
Company may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Any claim relating to Companies web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
